From Patchworks Studio:
We released two new Give & Take Appliqué™ patterns at this Spring’s Quilt Market ~ here are the details about the patterns, our most recent book and a bit about us.
Wiggle Room and Splashed! are the latest in our continuing series of ‘positive/negative’ designs. These patterns are easy enough for beginners but more experienced quilters love the design concept and options included in the patterns. The patterns are on our website in the pattern catalog.
Daphne Greig & Susan Purney Mark have been designing patterns as Patchworks Studio since 1996. They have published over 100 patterns and 3 books. Their latest book, Fat Quarter Frenzy Two, was released earlier this year. Their next book, Simple Stained Glass Quilts, will be released this fall. This book uses their widely popular Too Easy Stained Glass™ method to make stunning stained glass quilts. Autographed copies of Fat Quarter Frenzy Two are available at Patchworks Studio and pre-orders for Simple Stained Glass Quilts will begin in the fall. Also check out Daphne’s BLOG to see her latest news and where she’ll be teaching.

Harvest Nights from Nestlings by Robin. Take a peek at her patterns page and her new blog.
When I first saw this small pattern I immediately thought that it would be a good one for an introductory quilt class because of the simple piecing and applique techniques that it uses. For anyone who has never made a quilt, this would be a good way to learn which techniques they prefer without committing to a huge project.

From Cherri House:
With the combination of the three textured fabrics…minkee, flannel, and chenille…you are constantly rubbing your hands over the surface of the quilt, trying to find your favorite BonBon Block….Minkee Dots on the back…heavenly!
Sensory stimulation is provided through tactile exploration with…fabric textures.
This is the first in the series of Cog-ni-zant Quilts by Cherry House Quilts.
