Kona Bay moves to Redmond, WA
No more soft Hawaiian breeze for Douglas and the group at Kona Bay, they are huddled under their umbrellas in Washington State, consolidating Seattle Bay and Kona Bay operations on the mainland. There goes my “excuse” to visit Hawaii! Keep up with Kona Bay Blog for the inside scoop and touch bases with their website regularly for their newest releases.
Thanks for the mention but as President of Kona Bay, I get the luxury of continuing to go back and forth between Hawaii and my offices in Redmond, WA. We have been in Redmond for many years but the time was right to consolidate the two offices and staff. I just couldn’t talk UPS into driving their trucks from Honolulu to our customers on the mainland . They had some feeble excuse about trucks that don’t float or something:):)
