		<description>Sounds like a case of a large corporation thinking a smaller company will not have the means to take them on.  How the negative publicity from this story could cost them more in the long run than settling the claim that is blatently a copyright infringement.

		<description>As a frequent shopper of Kimberly Shaw items AND aa avid quilter I am appalled that a reputable fabric manufacturer would be involved in such a blatant theft of art work.  I certainly thought Fabri-Quilt was above this and isn&#039;t it time for the lawyers to step up to ethical and honest behavior!</description>
